Caffeine is a necessary evil, and goodness gracious does keeping that coffee and tea flowing cost a lot these days! Help keep the place buzzing by sponsoring all-day coffee on Tuesday or Wednesday (or both!)
Be a legend of late-night by sponsoring the afterparty on Day 1 of the Conference. We’ve got a sweet outdoor deck available for a mellow band or DJ to play tunes while conference attendees nosh and sip on any of the delicious drinks and snack options we’ll work with you to pick from. People didn’t want to leave the 2023 Tuesday night afterparty until we literally made them, and it was a huge hit.
With your help, the connections and brilliant (in the moment, at least) ideas will keep flowing until everyone really ought to go to bed anyway.
Do you want to upgrade everyone’s Expo experience? We’re looking for a sponsor to help provide our 16,000sf Expo Hall with an Expo Lounge – a cozy gathering area designed to encourage networking opportunities and host conversations, and your logo will be prominently featured right in the middle of it all (in a most tasteful fashion, of course).

You may laugh, but ask anyone who experienced the heyday of the Outdoor Retailer trade show who sponsored the bathrooms, – composting the paper towels from them, to be exact – and they’ll be able to tell you. This sponsorship means that staff will post your choice of 8.5×11″ signs in all of the event bathrooms (cheeky design not included – that’s on y’all), and also includes the cost of compostable bags and signage to ensure that all paper towels used at the event go to compost instead of the landfill, as well as other “green” initiatives at the event.
Combine this with a Coffee Break sponsorship to ensure your foot traffic is never in question.
All kidding aside, we’re working hard to minimize the carbon footprint of this event, (for example, all of our hotel guests are getting a carbon offset for their travel and rooms, free, as part of their bookings), and partnering with the event venue and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians’ Department of Operations to minimize use of single-use plastics and disposables, and compost and recycle as much as possible from what’s left. This sponsorship helps us double down on this work and tell that story.
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, then a photo booth is worth at least a couple K. This sponsorship not only brings in a professional photo booth service for the event, it also puts your logo on fridges and social feeds all over the country
